About Servicesure Autocentres


Whilst the majority of garages are reputable and carry out servicing and repairs to reasonable standards there is still  a minority who do not meet even the basic standards of mechanical skill and knowledge, customer care, health and safety and good business practice.


The Servicesure Autocentre network was established in 2004, by The Parts Alliance, to build a national network of like minded top quality independent garages that meet and abide by a strict set of business practices set out in our Customer Service Charter.  We demand high quality to ensure YOUR vehicle is serviced and repaired to the manufacturers' specifications and that YOU, the consumer, are treated with respect and professionalism and delivered great value, reliability and integrity without compromise. Visiting a Servicesure Autocentre means that your car is guaranteed to be repaired by qualified professionals. Servicesure Autocentres have access to excellent training courses for technicians to ensure all new technologies are covered.


The Parts Alliance is a central organisation based in Solihull, West Midlands employing over 60 people on national sales, IT and data development, product management, central procurement, marketing and central warehousing, on behalf of its 12 member companies. It gives the group national strength whilst still providing a dedication and focus on local service to workshops and fitting stations across UK and Ireland.  The group operate to their mission of "Local service, national strength."


National Warranty


No matter how good the workmanship or the quality of the parts fitted, unfortunately things can still go wrong. Servicesure has an exclusive National Warranty Scheme that guarantees all the replacement parts* that have been fitted to your vehicle, terms and conditions apply.

Warranty covers parts and labour for 12 months or 12,000 miles

Marketing support and information is available for the garage and the consumer.


The Servicesure National Warranty is straightforward and easy to use.  The terms and conditions are clear and concise.


1. The National Warranty Scheme covers parts and labour where parts have been supplied via a Parts Alliance distributor and fitted at a participating Servicesure Autocentre.


2. The parts and labour are covered for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever is soonest, from the date of original fitment.


3. The warranty is not transferable between owners or vehicles.


4. The repairing garage shall direct all warranty claims through the National Warranty Helpline.


5. In the event of a warranty repair, the repairing garage agrees to treat the customer with the utmost consideration and to provide a repair service as soon as reasonably practicable.


6. In the event of a faulty part or fitment, the customer must provide to the repairing garage proof of any work carried out by another participating Servicesure Autocentre, i.e. original invoice and warranty statement relating to the part in question, before a warranty claim can take place. If no such documentation can be produced, the customer will be liable for any work carried out.


The following exclusions are applicable:

Routine wear and tear of the part.

Negligence, abuse or accidental damage.

Consequential or sub sequential loss or damage arising from the failure of the part. Recovery costs.

If the part fails and a claim can be made as a result of a recall by the manufacturer/importer.

Claims made within a 25 mile radius from the original repairing garage are not covered under this agreement and are subject to the standard warranty procedure operated by the relevant Parts Alliance distributor.


*This warranty only applies to parts fitted which have been supplied to the participating Autocentre by a Parts Alliance distributor.
